Koops, Inc. integrated a robot into an existing high production turntable system. The task was to replace an existing unreliable pick and place mechanism with a Motoman robot and End-Of-Arm tool. The task of the robot was to reliably pick a pre-cut vinyl blank off from a stack and place it into a moving tool mounted to the turntable. Koops, Inc. specified the robot, designed the robot stand and managed the project from beginning to final production.
