Koops, Inc. designed and built an oven system for heating rigid substrate material prior to forming in a press. The objectives include heating the material thoroughly to maximize the forming operation, minimizing the heat cycle for productivity, and simplifying the oven maintenance in a harsh high volume manufacturing environment.
