Koops, Inc. designed and built a dual functioning oven prior to heating two components associated with an injection molding operation. The oven was integrated with the load/unload robot next to the injection press. The pre-heating system heated one vinyl blank prior to insertion into the press with the robot. The post-heating system received the completed part from the robot and maintained precise product temperature to complete the product process.
