Koops has over a decade of forming and Edgefolding experience with a broad array of fabric and substrate combinations. Koops' systems can successfully Edgefold single and dual sunroof openings, as well as the front, rear and side edges of a headliner substrate.  We provide Universal Press and Interchangeable Tool configurations as well as dedicated Edgefolding systems.  Our systems can also glue trim-rings onto the substrate as part of the Edgefolding process, and can perform secondary assembly operations (e.g., dome lamp assembly) during the Edgefold cycle.
