Designed and built for a tier one supplier, this semi-automatic system locates three critical steering components in hardened steel nests and automatically tightens four fasteners to a specified torque.

The station is equipped to produce right and left hand assemblies in less than 55 seconds part to part, and automatically verifies the presence and connection of the Brake-Transmission-Interlock-Cable.
